I thought that I would share some of the more nasty email messages that I've received since being the Vice President of the Boylan Heights Association and the BoylanHeights.org webmaster. I completed my two terms in office as the Vice President in 2004.
By far, some of the more nasty ones have come from Michael Zirkle. Here are three of his winners:
This first email was my first interaction with Mike. It came completely out of the blue. If he'd just explained the situation without the threat, he would have come across in a little better light:

Jeff - The photos that I gave to Chris Weedy for use on the web site were intended to use only with the appropiate picture credit - "Copyright Michael Zirkle", and not authorized for sale by Shutterfly.
They are Boylan Bridge 10/31/02, and all the graduation party photos. Please include picture credit and unlink to shutterfly or remove from the web site. Let me know what you've done. If nothing is done I will wait until Tuesday night to contact shutterfly. Thanks - Michael Zirkle
The following was in response to some interesting interactions at a Boylan Heights meeting:

Jeff - I've lived in the neighborhood for 13 years. Your comment to Marsh Hardy, was the first personal attack that I've ever seen at a meeting, - and we've had some contentious ones. The kindness of it's residents, is what makes this a great neighborhood. The neighborhood association activities, the value of the homes, the ups and downs of illegial activities, are all less then secondary to the kindness and compassion of the people who live here. If you don't know that, then learn it! You owe Marsh an apology.
This is the most recent:

If Kim Stone (or anyone else) wants information about herself removed from the web site, then you should remove it - don't be an asshole. - Michael Zirkle
PS - Don't give me a song and dance about your right to be an asshole - I know that - just don't be one.
More to come, I'm sure!
Jeff
